Forever 21: recent purchases

 

It comes as no surprise that one of my most favorite stores EVER is Forever 21. They offer so many great options and trendy fashions at great price points. With new items added daily online and in stores. Not to mention they have branched out in every category of fashion including childrens wear, make-up and beauty, and lingerie. So genius. I think I buy from the store or online at least once a week. I ♥ Forever 21!! Here are some things I've purchased this week.

Mirror, mirror on the wall necklace. Adorable~! And so convenient. You can check yourself out in the mirror without having to go through your bag to pull out a compact ^_^

 

Floral platform mary janes!! Reminiscent of the Miu Miu Daisy print from last year. I was super bummed when I missed out on the Forever 21 knock off of the daisy print AND the plain black so I had to snatch these up when I was at the Beverly Center! Initially I bought a size 8 (it was the last one), I needed a 9 but they were sold out everywhere in stores. They fit but my toes were hitting the front and they would probably start to hurt if I walked long distances in them. I was going to commit shoe-icide because I just loved them so much. But low and behold they appeared online and my heart jumped. I was so happy ^_^ Such a super great buy for only $25. 

Carved rose bracelet. So girly and romantic. I will wear this together with the bracelets below

 Tomorrows outfit will probably include all these items~ hehe

SHOE-ICIDE

"Louboutin shoes, she got too much pride. Her feet are killing her, I call it shoe-icide." hahaha I love this line, because I can relate and it's so true. 

I'm loving all of the new designs this season and especially all the bows. I'm such a sucker for bows ;P

HELLO KITTY HAPPINESS

 I got my Hello Kitty x Sephora goodies this week! I was so excited to open the box! ^_^

MINT JULEP

 

 (H&M top and braided bracelets, Burberry spiked cuff, BCBG shoes, random bell bottoms, f21 clutch)

 

I went into H&M this weekend and found this mint cropped peasant top with the perfect flowing sleeves. It's super cute with the eyelet details and embroidered trim. LOVE tops like this. I think I have about 20 of this style in white and/or cream but none in this color. Also got a cute cropped sweater in this same color which I will wear as soon as the weather hits below 75 degrees ^_^ To go with the theme of my mint julep hippie look, I brought out my green faux croc clutch with gold hardware and light wash flared jeans!

BAZAAR

 I got to go to the Bazaar tonight and it was a pretty awesome experience. It's sort of a preview since I'm coming back for my birthday ^_^ 

Jose Andres is amazing and forward thinking, his dishes are artistic and embrace molecular gastronomy. Phillippe Starck did a fabulous job with the interior design, definitely a lot to stare at!

We got to sit in the rojo room which was pretty dark (not pictured: japanese tacos & apple fennel salad) There's much better pics of the dessert part! Can't wait to come back in 9 days!
